Marvin storms off after Molly reveals an online dating profile she created for him. Arriving at her mom's house, Elle attempts to be honest about her experience and mend her relationship with her mom.

Jordan has an overtired, workaholic, hallucination where he discovers his empowered alter ego. During a pre-screen chat, Molly opens up about her loneliness and her blunt doctor softens to offer Molly the support she needs.

Jordan finally admits that he wants a relationship with 'TallJock'. Elle and Jordan talk and heal what transpired between them. Molly's mom Meredith reveals she also had endometriosis during a phone call.

Despite Marvin's medical trauma, he is waiting for Molly when she wakes up. Everyone surprises Molly with a 'welcome home endo-party'. Jordan and TallJock make it official in real life.
